Return/Exchange/Refund
Return/Exchange Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact service@bopcal.com and provide your order number, reason for return and a photo of the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process step by step. All returns are subject to hikyskin evaluation.

Please note:

For safety and health reasons, bopcal temporarily does not provide free returns and exchanges for non-product quality issues. We will charge a 10% -15% restocking fee for any product with unopened packaging and a 30% restocking fee for any product with opened packaging. (Restocking fees will be deducted from refunds)

Once your refund or return request is approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 -15 business days.


We will not accept returns of any merchandise under the following circumstances:

All products were not purchased from bopcal.com.
All products are returned without all original packaging and accessories, including retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items that originally came with the product.
All products showing physical damage.
All product exteriors will naturally stain with use.
The warranty period has expired.
Return policy for orders over 90 days.

You may be concerned about:

We offer free returns and exchanges for products that cannot be used due to product quality issues. However, if any returned items do not comply with the terms of our policy, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return. Free returns exclude certain regions and shipping labels not provided by bopcal. If the device is damaged due to improper personal use (including breakage), it is not covered by our warranty.

Return process:

Contact Us: Please provide your name, order number, item to be exchanged or returned, photos of return, and reason for return. We will then send you a printable shipping label with instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your return order.
Print a return label: Pack the return item correctly into the original box and affix the return label we provide to the outside of the box.
Have your package delivered to a post office near you: Send items back to us via your local post office. If you need to urgently process your returned package, please contact us and provide the tracking number of your returned package.
Please note: Due to the high value of our products, please drop off your package to the nearest post office. Please do not drop off your package to a PO Box. bopcal is not responsible for any packages lost in the mailbox.
We will notify you once we receive your package: We will process your return within 1-3 business days of receiving your package.
Please notify us when the package is delivered: In order not to delay the progress of your return, please contact us at service@.bopcal.com to inform us of the package delivery. We will process your return request within 1-3 working days after receiving the package.
Get a refund: Once we approve the return package as meeting our return criteria, your refund will be credited back to your original payment. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account (refund processing times may vary by bank).

Please note:
Returns will be accepted only on items purchased on bopcal.com. If your item was purchased at Amazon, Target, or an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange a return or exchange.


Defective product:
bopcal's products are carefully inspected before leaving the factory to ensure the quality of each product, but there may still be a chance that some products may be damaged during transportation. If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo as evidence and send it to the customer service team at official@service@bopcal.com, and our staff will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. At the same time, please send the damaged product back to help us locate the problem and avoid the error from happening again.


Cancel:
Simply contact our customer service: service@bopcal.com to cancel your order.

Free cancellation is only valid within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, bopcal will charge 5% of the order amount as an order cancellation fee.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and will directly enter the return process.
For products that have been shipped and in original packaging, our customer service will send you a return address at the customer's expense.

About price matching

We will provide you with price adjustments based on the following conditions:

Price adjustments can only be made within 7 days of purchase.
If we are able to make an adjustment, your price difference will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Closeout and final sale items are not eligible for price match adjustments.

About refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the order price will be refunded to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Delayed or missed refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first. If your refund still doesn't show up in your bank account, please contact your bank as it may take a few days for your refund to be officially posted. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued. If after trying everything you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
