Warranty Policy
Bopcal warranties this device for 2 years from the original date of purchase against defects in workmanship or materials arising from normal use of the device
If you find a defect in your device (for example, it won't turn on), please contact us. (Some areas may charge a service fee of 20% of the order price. Please contact our customer service for details.) bopcal reserves the right of final interpretation.
Claims made within the warranty period must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim falls within the warranty period. To verify your warranty, please retain the original purchase receipt and serial number on the product along with these warranty conditions during the warranty period. Products requiring replacement during the warranty period are not entitled to renewal of the 2-year warranty.
Please note:
① Excludes changes in appearance due to regular wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its accessories) will void the repair.
② If the equipment is damaged due to improper personal use (including breakage), the warranty does not apply in this case.
③Returns due to product quality issues can only be exchanged.
